Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your email hosting with OnePoundEmail, just follow these steps.

How to Cancel Properly

1. Log in to your OnePoundEmail account.
2. Go to Services.
3. Find your email hosting and click on it.
4. Click Cancel on the right.
5. Choose a reason and click Submit.

Before You Cancel

• You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed.
• All emails and settings will be deleted permanently.
• Back up your data if you want to keep anything.
• Pay any outstanding invoices first.

Failure to properly cancel will result in further invoices and payment will be expected.
