PayPal Subscription Cancellation Policy

We understand that clients may need to cancel their services at times. Please note that managing PayPal subscriptions is your responsibility.

If you want to cancel a service with an active PayPal subscription, you must cancel it directly through PayPal. If you don't, payments will continue even if the service is inactive.

If payments are made for a service you are not using, we will credit the amount to your account balance. Keep in mind:

• Any fees will be deducted from the credited amount.
• We may allow you to withdraw the credit back to your PayPal account, but this is at our discretion, and may include a administrative fee.
